A thrilling stage adaptation of the world-renowned animated film, Emporia State University Theatre Arts is proud to bring Disney’s FROZEN to the Bruder stage! The nominee of three Tony Awards, including Best Musical, this adventurous story is one that will forever prove its captivation, beauty, and magic.
In the Nordic kingdom of Arendelle, royal sisters Anna and Elsa live a sheltered life within the castle walls, growing more distant with each passing day. When coronation day arrives, and Elsa is crowned as Arendelle’s new queen, she accidentally unleashes her dangerous, hidden powers of ice magic, and fearfully escapes into the mountains. With the kingdom left to freeze solid in the middle of summer, Anna departs on a daring journey to find her powerful sister, in hopes to rescue her, and return their beloved Arandelle to warmth. During her travels, Anna gains help from an Iceman, his loveable reindeer companion, and a whimsical talking snowman, paving the way for an endearing tale of self-discovery, courage, and the meaning of true love.
